GAM3 PARKS AND THE ORLA 1 CONCESSION AND HARMONIA PARK
GAM3 Parks is the consortium between the companies Deboni Empreendimentos, Grupo Austral and 3M Produções e Eventos to manage the concession for Parque Harmonia and Orla 1 do Guaíba for a period of 35 years.
With a commitment to invest in infrastructure, content, events, entertainment, we will transform Harmonia into a true Gaucho park, becoming a great reference point for the city and the State, as well as waterfront 1.

ORLA 1
Known nationally for its beauty, the Guaíba waterfront is one of the main tourist attractions in Porto Alegre, whether for drinking chimarrão, playing sports or enjoying its splendid sunset.
Between Usina do Gasologista and Rótula das Cuias, Section 1 of the Guaíba waterfront, the place is frequented, on average, by 60 thousand people on weekends.
With an area of 81.4 thousand m² and an extension of 1200 m, it has eight food kiosks, which offer a varied cuisine. In the lower area, Guaíba level, there are four bars, a restaurant and a convenience store.

HARMONY
Traditional space of Gaucho culture, the urban park is one of the main meeting points for families and people of all ages, with its unmistakable aroma of barbecue on Sundays, which permeates the various barbecue areas spread across its 17 hectares of area.
Spacious and tree-lined, Parque Harmonia was opened in 1981, but was initially called Porto dos Casais, one of the city's first names. It was on March 25, 1987 that the space became Parque Maurício Sirotsky Sobrinho, in honor of the journalist who founded Grupo RBS.
It is also home to Acampamento Farroupilha, a temple of Gaucho folklore, and many other events that help solidify the identity of Rio Grande do Sul.
